Friend Experiencing Migranes and Vomiting

I was just talking with my friend on skype and shes had trouble eating for the last few days because as soon as she does she vomits, additionally when she was on a ride home from the post office earlier she said she had a sharp pain and her gums began to bleed. When she got home she puked blood (Which I believe is probably a result of the gum bleeding?). I asked to see if her parents could take her to a doctor or something but apparently they can't afford it. I told her to drink liquids if she could, preferably something like Gatorade for electrolytes. I'd just like to know how potentially dangerous this is for her, and how worried I should be about her? Thanks.
