is this a migrain with a difference?

Okay, so I am a 20 year-old female, and today is the third day that I have suffered these pains. At first it thought it was my wisdom teeth playing up and causing me migrains, but then it clicked that the pain was/is completly different.
I have suffered with shoulder/arm pain in my left arm (this could be nerve damage playing up in the cold from dislocating my shoulder few years ago), sometimes a tightness in chest (although this could be due to my astma), pressure in the top part of my left nostrel, i feel like my left side of my face (cheek and temple look swollen but when i ask people, they say it looks normal, where as it looks swollen to me), pain in the left side of my face, pain in the lower left side of my head, (also feels like there is pressure built up there too), also the added pain of my teeth/jaw on my left side. I do suffer from chronic headaches and migrains, but this is not the same.
I often freak out about anything that could be wrong with me, and I am freaking out I may have a brain tumor or some kind of cancer.
can anyone please help me.

Hi,
How are you? Migraine usually presents with one-sided throbbing headaches. The facial pain or pressure that you feel may be caused by a sinus infection, nasal polyps, and anatomical deformities, such as a deviated septum, that block the sinus ducts. The pain may increase in severity throughout day. Drink plenty of water and take over-the-counter decongestants. If it persists, you may benefit from having this checked by your doctor. Take care and regards.

i am i a different town/state then usual, and they have told me there is nothing they can do for me as i am not in town long enough for them to do tests. so i have to now wait a few more days to go to my normal doctor and get tests done.

if it's bugging you and different than usual, you might want to see a doc and get things checked out just to be safe.
