3 miscarriages- now what will the dr's do?

I am currently suffering through my third miscarriage in 2years.  I have a 2.5year old boy who is my world but I desperately want to have another child as does my husband.  I am already getting an ultrasound on the 16 of aug to make sure I miscarried everything myself.  I have no health problems, no problems getting pregnanat with my son or with the pregnancy.  But since his birth I have lost 3 babies all in the first trimester.  What will the doc's do now?  What kind of tests will I get or what should I ask for?  I asked for an ultra sound becaue with all 3 of my miscarriages i miscarried naturally.  But what else do i request?  I don't know what is wrong with me I am 29.  Reality healthy a bit overweight but not too bad.  I don't drinkk, smoke, drugs, I try to live healthy but I keep loosign my babies.  WHat should I ask?  what should I request for tests or drugs?  It took us a year to get  pregnant this time and at 9 weeks 2 days I found out my baby had stopped growning at 6 weeks.  Please hllep.  If you ahve any info or things i should ask please hlep me.  I go to the dr. on aug 17.  thank you so much.

I would ask for a day 3 fsh test a day 21 progesterone test.  These will give more info about the quality of your eggs and how well you are ovulating.  The ultrasound will tell them if you have any uterine abnormality, cysts, polyps, endometriosis, and the thickness of your uterine lining.  After all of those it will give a better treatment plan for you.  It may be that u need something as simple as progesterone supplementation to support a pregnancy or clomid or femara to help you ovulate better or a combo of both.  Hope this helps.  Good luck.
