Pregnant after miscarriage with minimal symptoms??

Hey everyone! I had a natural miscarriage at 6 weeks on June 10th. I had sex on the 25th and ovulated on the 26th.  I had implantation bleeding from July 3-7. I took a test on the 8th and it was positive!! Yeah!! We are excited but nervous.  I have had just a couple times where something made me gag, and my nipples are tingly but that's all I am experiencing so far. Very early in my other pregnancies my breasts were swollen and sore.  Should I be concerned that I don't feel much yet???

Thanks for your reply!  I started to feel a little crummy today and I want to lay down and take a nap, so I am thankful!

Well since you aren't that far along I wouldn't worry. When I found out at 3 weeks the only thing I had was nipple soreness and extreme fatigue. Once I got farther along I started getting sick a lot and boobs started hurting. I'm now 9 weeks pregnant and my symptoms are going away. So its all normal. Remember every pregnancy is different! And symptoms come and go all the time. You can always get blood work to make sure your levels are rising as well.
