Back Pain

I'm 5.1 weeks pregnant as of today. For the past three weeks, I have been having a dull pain in the lumbar area of my back. I also feel bloated, maybe, or slight pressure in my lower abdomen. (It reminds me of the feeling you get when you are about to begin your cycle- minus the cramping- it's not painful at all). It's like a feeling of heaviness or fluid retention. I am a nurse, and I am on my feet all night, and of course, I do not get enough sleep. Is this a sign of a possible misscarriage or is lower backache and bloating a normal symptom? I have had no bleeding. Im very worried. I'm getting mixed messages from coworkers and friends, and my MD appt isn't until May 18!! Please help!! :)

Please try not to worry, from my past pregnancies, your symptoms all seem perfectly normal. Lower back pain and bloating is all very common in early pregnancy. Try not to worry, i say everything should be fine! It all sounds normal to me!
