it only lasted 4 days tho and was not as heavy as normal

then this month im due in 10 days.
but a few days ago i started spotting brownnnish dischargeee

could this be from my mis. or can i be pregnant again?

I just want to let you know my dr has assured me that stress does not cause m/c. It isn't good mentally to be under stress and it could cause other medical issues. A m/c can be a result of many things incomopetent cervix, chromosomal abnormalities or some type of infection etc. There are many reasons behind having a m/c. Sometimes we are never told why. Best wishes to you and let me know what happens.

thanks that was really very helpful.
i'm due for my period next week.
so i'm gonna wait to see what goes on there
but if not i'm deff gonna make an appointment with someone.

i'm rly nervous about all this.
and  i suppose the added stress wont help any..
so i'm trying to relax
bc if i am preg. i dnt wanna lose it again
since last time i think i lost it bc of stress.

in all i'm hoping for my cycle to just be messed up
and thts the reasoning for all this..

i'm only 17 =/
so the timing isn't great...

I'm sorry for your loss. I would try to take a hpt and see what it says. If neg try again next week. I would after that get your blood drawn. The spotting could be numerous things. Implantation bleeding, ovarian cyst, uti, or your cycle may have slightly been affected by your m/c. I wouldn't wait to long to get in and see your dr just to make sure everything is ok. They may want to do an u/s to make sure your uterine lining is ok etc. I wish you the best. Keep me posted.
