I had a natural miscarriage at 14 weeks on april 13th.  I was told straight after my miscarriage I could try when we were ready.  We chose to wait one cycle and I am now 29 weeks pregnant.  I hope that helps.

Best of luck with your BFP..  It is a frustrating process. I am waiting to test too.. First month TTC since my miscarriage.  I know i wont get that lucky but I hope.  I am really trying to hold out to test until my period is due or slightly after, I dont think I cant handle, getting negatives and still wonder if they are correct.

They say generally to wait 1 cycle for datign purposes...

But with natural miscarriages in most cases, you can start TTC right away.  You will want to make sure u are testing negative on pregnancy tests first...  You wont ovulate until your HCG is under 5. but if you get a negative pregnancy test now then you know any positives in the future are new pregnanciesa nd not remaining hormones.
