Hi, just to let you know I have just done a clearblue pregnancy test and it says i'm 5 weeks plus pregnant I'm over the moon. It means I got preg within two weeks after dc. Can't believe it. Just hope everything goes
ok this time xx
I really hope so. Iv still not had a period and its been 7 weeks today it all happened. We have been TTC again so im praying iv not had it coz i might be pregnant. I have had a positive ovulation test for a week now aswell which is weird. Iv ordered a couple of clearblue preg tests so im going to do one on Fri. So hopefully i will be coming back to yous with good news. Hope yous are well x
Thanks Donna - I went for the second blood test today and will let you know. I completely understand what you mean about scans. They're such a mixed bag. But once you are further along in a pregnancy that's going well, I'm sure the happy feeling will come back and it'll be exciting again! Hopefully very soon for you.
I wasnt aware you could get something else rather than a scan. I went for a scan 2 days before and everything was great, saw heartbeat etc then 2 days later i had the bleeding and cramps and there was no heartbeat. Im going to be so scared going for anymore scans in the future and thats meant to be something you look forward to. Keep us updated on hows both are. x
Thank you both.
@Annie - I will try to squeeze it in this morning, but I might not make it. Otherwise I'll go Saturday & Tuesday.
@Donna - I've chosen not to do a scan. I prefer to avoid them - they're so emotional, and often misleading. I've had one that looked good, only to miscarry; and one with bad news, that went on to be a perfectly healthy pregnancy and baby. I'll see what I get from my blood work first.
Hi Natalie, i was nearly 7 weeks pregnant...i had a browny red bloody and bad cramps like period cramps and went for a scan and there was no heartbeat. im so sorry and i pray that this isnt the same case for you. Can you not go today and get a scan?? Hope everythin goes ok xxxxxx
If you go Friday and Tuesday, there are any number of calculators online that can tell you what your rate of rise is. You just key in the numbers and then 4 days instead of 2 days. It's better than going only 24 hours apart.
