I agree with the other two. Just give it time and try to relax. As melo said there are a couple stories on this forum where the dr has been wrong.
IMHO I don't think the car accident would effect anything. So many women go through so many tragic things during pg without a loss to their baby.
Good luck to you and please let us know how you are doing.
for sure give it time and see what happens. dont rush into anything... you could be earlier than you thought and it was too early to see a heartbeat! I truly home that everything is fine, but at the same time I have to say It could go either way.
as Melo asked.. are they checking hCG levels? giv eit time and see. I would hate for you to rush into a d&c and then later wonder if it was the best choice at the time.
I'm soo sorry,
I know this is very difficult. It's hard to wait and not know what is going on. I wish I could answer your question about the adrenaile but I have no clue.
I would stay positive and give the pregnancy every chance to progress. We've all read many stories where the doctor said the pregnancy wasn't viable and then those ladies went on to have healthy babies. At the same time it sounds like you're prepared for the worst outcome as well. I guess that's about all you can do. I'd say that it's positive that you haven't had any spotting/bleeding. Please try to relax and let the stress leave your body. +
Are they monitoring your HGC levels to see if they are still growing? That's what I would do instead of waiting for another u/s. Keep us informed!!
