Good well I am glad everything is going really well. All I can really suggest is try not to think about it especially negativity as this trimester is really important to both you and the baby. Try to take it easy and just try to act as normal as possible. Good luck with everything hun.

Thats ok, I know how scary it can feelo especially in the first 12 weeks. Every little pain u seem to panic lol but I am fortunate to have a very supportive partner who has had kids before with his previous partner so he helped alot. x

heya angel,
during my pregnancy with my baby girl I had them sort of pains pretty much all the time and they got stronger the further on in my pregnancy.
I spoke to my midwife about it and she said its completely normal for someone of my size, petit but tall. She said because of my size, I would feel them more than someone bigger. She said they were braxton hix (just where your uturus is contracting)  which I was getting right from 2 months pregnant. She said it was also from where my body was being forced to change because I was so small, as my baby was growing.
Don't worry this is normal.
I found that just paracetomal helped and if your out and about, just treating it as if it were a stich and sit down and rest for even a min would help it to calm down.
