Am I allowed to post a link to a video of my hand vibrating?

Question

I was outside cleaning the yard and came in. I went to wash my hands and when I leaned my hand against the sink I noticed my fingers were trembling/vibrating visibly especially if I lift my hand up. My left hand was doing it a little too but not nearly as bad as my right hand. What the heck??? This stuff is really scaring me! Could holding a shovel and poop scooping the yard have caused this to happen? My right shoulder did get a little tensed up... but why is my left hand doing it a little bit too? It's been about 45 minutes since I came inside and it's still doing it!  I called my Neuro office and I think they are at lunch. I left a message for them to please call me back. I doubt I will be able to get in today though and of course today is Friday so .....
Anyways...I wanted to upload this video to something like photobucket and show you guys but I'm not sure if it's allowed. Is it?

lol ok PM me your email then. I'm not exactly sure what clonus is..I think that is what I have in my ankles though. My hand has this tremor...even up into my arm. And when I lift my hand up, the tremor gets even worse and my fingers just do this jumping dance thing. I don't know how else to describe it! I went to my family Dr and she wasn't there so an assistant just took more blood work. My neuro office never called me back even though I left a message.

So we can all get the "picture," why don't you just try your best to describe it.  Is it more of a tremor, do you think?  Clonus?

It could be tremors or vibrating, what many of us feel.  (I am not diagnosed with anything. Dagnabbit!)  Lately I have been feeling zapping and vibrations VERY strongly in my limbs especially, and I wonder if it mught be more advantageous for me to not see a neurologist, but an ELECTRICIAN.  Just a thought!
