Exercise Accountability

On another board there is a thread labeled Exercise Accountability. It is members post brief descriptions of there ongoing exercise activity. Posting to the thread helps keep me motivated. I've started this journal to provide my MedHelp friends a place to do the same. My journal is open to all who care to post. :-)

Kyle, lol, I am glad I am not the only one with issues related to there and their. This is one of the ongoing things I notice related to my cognitive dysfuntion. /sigh

I am "IN" on the journal. I start a new job on Monday and hope to be working out every evening after working. YAY!  Yoga here I come. :)

Great idea, Kyle!  I've just started using fitbit (and joined a forum there for people w/MS) and am trying to learn yoga.  This is a great way to stay motivated!  Count me in and thanks!

lol hate to burst any bubbles but um the loss of prior spelling ability, well anacdotal evidence (because no ones studied it and probably never will) is leaning towards this actually being a common enough experience for pwMS. We've talked about this on here before, typing errors aside, the spelling issue should fall within 'cognitive issues'. ;o)

As for the exercise accountability blog thing, its not that bad an idea, though i think youd all be in stitches if you heard or saw lol the things i do for exercise, hey but what ever works right?! Good luck for all that get on board with it, great idea to encourage one and other.

Cheers..........JJ

I'm really liking this exercise journal.  I just can't exercise until after Saturday afternoon due to the LP I just had.  :(

well, at least we all are in good company regardless of when/where it started. Let's stick to typo's. :)

I would like to blame my spelling on cognitive dysfunction, the truth is it has been an issue since Third Grade!
