As part of a month-long challenge through a health activist web site I participate in, I have been blogging daily in April. Ok, almost daily, because there were a few days I missed/skipped. One of the prompts had us going to the website 'the things we forget' and create our own reminder note that relates to our health interest and pin it on pinterest.
This is the note I created, and I am surprised at the number of re-pins that have been done by total strangers. This message must resonate with these readers and I thought it appropriate to share with you....
