lipoma

I don't know if you remember, some of you might, but, that lump on my back that they suggested was a lipoma.  Well, went yesterday to a surgical consultant, and not only did he not have the ultrasounds and such, he had my MRI's on my brain..... ( surgery was on my back not my brain) , andyways, he was annoyed, and I finally got them to get the ultrasound, cause he was gonna send me on my way.  After reading it, he checked my back, and said ' I don't think that is a lipome" .... I will take it out, " it will leave about 3-4 inch incision, but, I'm sure you will have to have more surgeries.  Then he said , " if it is a lipoma, then we got it all out, and if not, there will be more surgery, and that is where I am thinking, more surgeries"   Now, I leave there, feeling like my world just got turned over again, and now the new question is " what the H ...is it" .... we have to wait until May 28th to find out, and I' m not doing to good right now.

So, very tired, and not liking these cathetars taped to my legs, and hearing the sloshing going on by the ankle.... my bathroom looks like a surgical room, and snells like vinegar, cause that is what we are cleaning with. \\

I guess this is not really a question, but a little "rant" .... hoping this is ok......... sun isn't shining in my corner right now....:(

Rant away love! Will pray they get it all out, and it's nothing that needs further tending too - and that you get that much needed sunshine to brighten your days!!!!!!!

I so hear ya Alex, and your platter has been full for some time, that is for sure.  And I agree with what you said about God, enough already...... that is me too.

I hope you feel better soon too, and I will pray for things that you need to do too,

\\\we must reinvent ourselves, everyday, and today I think I've had to do it 3 times already....

I hear you loud and clear and I care.

The unknown stinks doesn't it.? And the catheter stuff. I know you are saying "hey God I did not get in the all you can eat line my platter is full thank you very much" enough all ready. First breath that is important. My husband had to remind me of that today as I was waiting for Fed Ex or whoever to deliver the port I was having surgically implanted today! Like a car part or something. I have never had surgery held up because the part did not get delivered on time. They ordered it weeks ago.

I do not have the catheter problem but I have to use a glove to have a BM. It gets old. Especially when I travel. It is my new reality. I guess it is better than a colostomy bag but it is not fun either. I have to do it sometimes six times a day. When other things happen it is hard not to feel like my platter is full.
