leg feels like ICE block on the inside.

i do not think i have MS - i'm fairly healthy - a bit overweight, but working on that. two days ago, i woke up and my leg felt frozen but not to the touch. my husband has felt both of my legs and tells me they feel the same - and when i touch them, same thing..... it's almost as if my bones are made of ice. also, i want to mention that when i rub one finger up and down my leg, i get a sort of tingly/bothersome feeling. it honestly has kept me up at night last night. the first night, i didn't get bothered by it much. wearing sweat pants or pajama pants makes it feel even more "weird" in that it feels weird when my pants touch my leg or brush up on it. it's just the one leg, not both. any suggestions? i ask here because i saw a similar thread about this very thing with little to no luck or updates given by those whom responded to the original post. also, the post was from 5-6 years ago.

thank you. i will also add that i am terrified of going to the doctor. merry christmas
