Update to the Eye Spasm thing...

Unless I misheard whomever I was speaking to from the ophthalmology office, I am pretty sure that she said that the doctor thought that it was Myokymia and that it would resolve itself over time. So I Googled Myokymia and it said that it is twitching of the eyelid. I specifically told them that it was not my EYELID, but it was my EYE. As in the EYEBALL

This is why I don't mentioning to the doctor(s) if/when I have new symptoms. It's pointless. I just say "Yep, everything is the same."

I guess I will just wait a few weeks to see if it resolves itself on its own. Most of my other symptoms tend to come and go away, so hopefully this one will too.

I hope that everyone has a good weekend. I'm off to play hockey mom for the last time this season. :(

It seems to be slowing down as of today. Of course I'm not at work so I don't have to read or stay glued to the computer or sit under florescent lights all day long. Hopefully it won't start up again tomorrow and this is the beginning of the end of it. That eye is still a little weepy, but I suspect that will clear up in due time as well.

As for hockey, I guess we get one more game nest week, a consolation game. The Red Wings won last night, so that helps. :) I hope they win again today.

Now I just need to get back to work on getting my muscles back in shape so I can get back out on the ice again. It's been far too long!
