My eye doctor said I have weak eye muscles due to the MS. He just did not say if it had a name. Oh fun.
It did not start until after ON.

some of these movie files are very large andtake a long time to download... even if you don't watch the movies, there is a wealth of information on this site. Try to take a look at some of these other sections.
I wish I lived in Chicago - I would go see this Dr. Hain.
I can not get the download to work. :( I do have a lot of trouble with dizzines and balance.
This other thing I would compare to a spasm in my brain that knocks my vision out of line. Weird.
and if you scroll down the page I referenced above - you will find other films of nystagmus examples. . ... pop some corn and settle in for movie night! Lu
OH yeah what's it like? It seems like you are watching a home video that has no motion stabilizer. That's the only way I can explain it to people.
I also had nystagmus but it went away. I still haven't been diagnosed with MS officially. Nystagmus was my very first symptom and they diagnoses me with superior oblique myokomia. Basically, this is the diagnosis if they ruled everything else out. My shaking vision turned into blurring vision. Next came the trouble controlling my leg muscles to walk and involuntary movements, tremor and muscles spasms.
there's a short film of nystagmus on the dizzines and balance site

Sounds like muscle jerks to me - twitches of the eye muscle.
When I have nystagmus, the eye muscle has a problem with tracking - it wants to jiggle back and forth, rather than look steadily at an object. I also get it when I'm looking at small type. I hear that it's actually tremor, just like tremor in your hands.
