Missy is right.  To calculate when a dose is 98% out of your system, you multiply the half-life x 6 - so at miniumum 72 hours.

For people who don't know what a half-life is, it is the length of time that it takes your body to metabolize and get rid off half the amount that is in your body.

I do best when I wake up with the cats - who always get rambunctious at dawn - to take my Provigil then.  Never, ever with me after about 11am.  I think my half-life with it is closer to the 15 hours.

Sal,
Yeah I believe you or whomever is taking it should be taking it in the am.

Thanks.  Wow,  no wonder a person can't sleep if they take it too late!
