Rebif side effects, lip twitching

I have recently started taking Rebif at the 44 MCG dosage... in addition to a few flu side effects, my lip has started twitching and was wondering if this too could be a side effect?

Hi Margerini
I've had twitches in my neck since 7months ago.I'm on interferon(cinnovex). It sounds like an MS symptom.hmm... And hear a crackeling sound when it occurs, sometimes difficult to tolerate.

Hi Marg,

Welcome! Does sound like MS to me too.  I've had twitches myself.  Thankfully, it doesn't happen as often as during my 1st attack.  I was not on anything w/that attack, and had them, and after dx'd started Rebif too, but did not see any change at all.

You ever have anything similiar in the past ref. twitching, or just nervy on the inside?  That's how it was for me, couldn't control my insides from trembling, and so if any stimulation was added, i.e., caffeine, loudness, hectic schedules, it would get so much worse.

I hope you like it here? How long did it take you to get a dx? How are you feeling otherwise?

Thanks for coming along,
See you around,
Shelly
