Thank you for checking back in! I'm sorry for the diagnoses but pleased this is a step forward for you. Even if you're getting a second opinion to make sure (never a bad idea), at least it gives you some sort of concrete starting point. All the best with your upcoming appointments and treatment.
I know it has been awhile well over a year. But I did say I would let u kno. I have r.a and lupus. Got results today going in August for second opinion. I wish u many blessings. And relief from ur painand illness.
You did NOT intrude! You are welcome here anytime. I hope we were of some help in some small way. We didn't mean to bombard you with anxiety thoughts and not consider your physical symptoms.
Please let us know how things go for you,
Ren

Hello and welcome to the MS forum,
As the others said , it doesn't sound much like MS symptoms but we are not doctors and cannot diagnose over the internet. But we can share what knowledge we do have on MS and some on anxiety and cardiac as well since we have members who have experienced one or the other.
Your symptoms do fit anxiety , in my opinion, but seizures also fit the bill. I would definitely have this checked out with an EEG and by a competent neuro.
Let us know if we can be of any other help.

Hey there,
You've hit the MS community forum, you may not have intended to get our imput but sometimes any feed back can help you take some steps, anyway my two cents....
I'd be suprised if what your experiencing has anything to do with your heart, though I would think it fits with in the possibilities of something neurological going on. It does sound like seizure or epileptic activity, though there are few other possibilites and anxiety isn't out side the possibilities either but it would have to be rather low on the list.
Please do not ignore these episodes, if its your brain fizzing on you, then you need different testing to find out eg EEG, MRI etc. So please make sure you see your dr and explain everything thats happened since the first episode. I dont think its ever a good idea to accept 'anxiety causation' with out any tests to prove its not physiological, so get ever possibility checked out.
Cheers.........JJ
doesn't ring like MS to me either.
could you please break up your paragraphs rather than one big long one? some of have difficulty following long paragraphs, both our eyes and cognitive fog have trouble with it. thanks!
what types of doctors have you been to see so far? other than hospital?
welcome, as someone has said, you have reached an MS forum patient to patient, but we enjoy everyone who drops by and always learn something.
keep us posted along your way, we too know how difficult diagnosis can be on occasion
I have to agree with DV that this doesn't quite fit the MS pattern. Since you talk about having had anxiety in the past, may I suggest that you visit the Anxiety forum here at medhelp and kick this around a bit with them? They are a great group - especially their community leader Green Lydia (give her a shout out for me, ok? ) - and they will help you sort this out and send you to the appropriate medical person. They really are a great group.

I am so glad your son was able to stop the car and get you off the road safely. What a frightening experience. None of us are here as professionals, so be sure to see your doctor , and do it soon.
good luck and be well,
Lulu
It almost sounds like you are having a seizure by your description. I know someone who would curl up like that during his seizures...might be something to check into with your doctor???
I'm sorry, I'm at a loss as to what to suggest. You say you had testing in hospital and that your blood work, EKG, etc were normal. You've posted in a MS Forum. What you're describing does not sound like MS. All I can think of is to return to your GP to update them and let them konw you're symptoms are continuing. They are in the best position to evaluate you and make the appropriate referrals.
