I'm sorry I have been missing in action latlely. Between knee issues and 8 days spent preparing my 89 year old Mom for assisted living, it's been an physical and emotional roller coaster.

I hope to have my thoughts back on track and be back answering questions soon.

Thank you ladies. I am trying to take care of me..4 doc appt. in the next 2 weeks is proof of that. Need 2nd and 3 rd opinions about torn knee parts. want to avoid surgery.

Alex- I see that your great sense of humor is intact. I loved the analogy about the paper plate and the chinette comment!!! Made me lol. thanks!
