What can i do to stop work related stress. When i was diagnosed with MS my doctor said no boys not no jobs.
My doctor said that relationships caused alot of stress and I was a teen when diagnosed.

For the stress from work, we might brainstorm ideas with you but would first need to know what type of work you are doing? If it is physical, where you have to be on your feet for long periods of time, you might need to take a different approach than if you work at a desk job in cubicle with lots of irritating coworkers and nagging bosses.
Stress is not always such a bad thing for our MS - our immune system needs a bit of stress to thrive, but too much stress can be a bad thing - finding the right balance is key.
