Are oligioclonal bands in CFS normal?

Hello, sorry ya all this is my 3rd post. I am trying to figure out if I am being unreasonable.

I have a slew of neurological symptoms. I have 8 leasions on my MRI, not consistant with MS. I have 4 oliogoclonal bands in the spinal fluid analysis that are not in my blood serum.

My nuerologist says I don't have MS (he is an Ms specialists) He referred me to UW ms clinic for a second opinion but they won't see me because they ha e no further treatment to offer. So when I emailed the MS guy he said to refer back to my PCP.

I am ready to give up trying to get better. I don't see how my PCP can treat this. Did I misunderstand? Is this not abnormal and neurological related? What do you all think?
