Back feels cold and wet

My back at times feels wet and cold.  It stays that way for a couple of minutes and goes away.  It does it several times during the day and especially at night before I go to bed.  It's not wet and it's not cold....I just think it is.

At the moment I don't have any other symptoms....Just a crazy feeling
