Burning skin around underarm towards breast

I have had burning itchy stinging pain comming from my under arm towards my breast and aroung my back to shoulder blade have had for about 4 days but seems to be getting more intense,, there is no rach or redness but feels similar to extreme sunburn and at times feels muscular have been getting tempoary relief from ice

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to comment specifically on the situation. Possibilities that ma to be considered include infections, inflammations, neuro-muscular causes, causes related to the GI/ respiratory tract or the cardiovascular system etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
