Chest/Hands/Head Numbness

I have been having Chest/Hands/Head Numbness together at the same time on and off during the day for the past few months. I have history of anxiety and heart palpitations in the past 6 months. I will like to know if this is due to heart disease or nerve issue. Please help me.

Thank you for your reply. I will watch my posture. But, my posture has always been such, not too straight. Can it be due to long-term posture issue that causes this problem? Is this to do with blood circulation issue?

I am sorry for the EKG confusion. It is the same as ECG. Some people use this term for ECG.

I feel it has to do with your exposure to the computer. Watch your posture. Take regular deep breaths. When we sit on the computer for long hours, we forget to watch our back. It slowly curves and shoulders stiffen, as we are typing or using the mouse. As a result, the chest capacity reduces, and the breathing is at a minimum. We almost forget we have a respiratory system, which is a very important system.

It does increase if my anxiety increase. But, even when i do not have anxiety, i experience these symptoms on and off during the day at work (desk-bound on my laptop)which can last for hours.
I had done ECG and echocardiogram before (normal) but not EKG. What's EKG?
My blood pressure and haemoglobin is normal.

Would you say that the symptoms increase, when the anxiety increase?

I would suggest you visit a cardiologist and get the EKG done, just to be safe. Your symptoms do not suggest any specific nerve problem. Such symptoms do come with anxiety.

How are your blood pressure and the hemoglobin?
