I also would  suggested Fibromyalgia, though agree Lymes is worth looking into, Fibromyalgia is a more common answer to your symptoms, look at some websites on it, & see if you fit with the tender point tests?

if so from experience I would suggest trying Epsom salt baths to increase magnesium in your system, looking at yoyur diet, you may notice triggers to pain & stomach problems, common 1s being chemical food additives, wheat, diary, meat, nightshade family, reduce your salt intake........ eating more pottasium rich foods to help cramps...my GP suggested Tonic water, but good chocolote, bananas & often  salt substitutes are high in pottasium, Spirulina is good too, lots of B12, iron & Pottasium in it & good stomach enzymes that aid digestion..........5htp can help with sleep, taken half hour before bed, & pacing rest & activity, avoid stress like the plague, & generally be kind to yourself...........Manual Lymphatic drainage massage, Accupunture & yoga are also useful tools in dealing with it...........not a cure, but can go a long way to easing your symptoms

good luck, I hope you find your answers & get some help soon

If standard medical testing has failed to find an explanation, you may want to consider seeking a doctor who specializes in identifying/diagnosing and treating late-stage Lyme disease and associated infections.  The testing for Lyme is not regarded as reliable by all physicians.

Many folks with late-stage Lyme go through nightmarish years similar to what you describe-with full body disabling symptoms but pristine medical testing.  While Lyme is spread mainly by ticks, it's also not unusual to not recall a tick bite or distinctive rash.

I would suggest that you check out the website for the International Lyme And Associated Diseases Society, ilads.org, to read more about this.

Whatever is making you so sick, I hope you find answers and relief.
