Hi there!
Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to comment specifically on the situation. While slight shakiness/ tremors are normal with increased force/ muscle use, it could also be related to stress/ anxiety, low blood sugar, low blood pressure, electrolyte imbalance, hormonal/ endocrine abnormalities, micronutrient deficiencies, a few neuro-muscular causes, medication side effects etc. Dizziness again could be related to low blood sugar, low blood pressure, stress/ anxiety, neuro-vascular causes, systemic issues, medication side effects etc. With normalized B12 and D levels, these are unlikely to be the underlying cause. Vision issues could be related to local causes in the eye such as refractive errors or neurological causes. I would suggest considering an initial evaluation by an internist and an ophthalmologist and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
Hope this is helpful.
Take care!
What I would like to know can anxiety really damage you that much?? I have had the Cortisol test ran on me it was fine.. You mention Neuromuscular causes??? I have asked my Dr about that but he has no concerns in that area.. I know I am stressed but I also wonder if that surgery messed up my CNS with all the drugs they gave me during the procedure.. I sure hope I get better its been just over a year.. I sure hope it isnt nothing Muscular because I do tend to worry worst case.
