Can meloxicam affect visual disturbances as well as breathing and heart?

I've noticed visual abnormalities such as laying in bed looking at a checkered pattern pillowcase and see it levitate without levitating at the end and move from side to side! I've been having to catch my breath lately like breath in very deeply two or three times cause it feels like I have no oxygen and it takes those breath to stop the lack of oxygen feel! And weird heart rhythm.
Took for two weeks straight 15 Mg's. Stopped today!
If I were to guess I'd say it's affecting my heart by these symptoms!

Well, if you are having a rare reaction, such as a blood clot, it can cause visual disturbance and trouble breathing!   would call your doctor NOW and report these side effects so they can determine if you need to be evaluated for that!  Let me know what happens!
