Black & white flashes after falling back on my head

Something weird happened to me not to long ago and it has been bothering me i that i dont know what an why that happened i got a really bad cut on my finger at work it took a good chunk of my skin alot of bleeding an when we got to my inlaws my fiance showed his mom my finger an right away she wanted to wash it so we went to the restroom as she was washing it i started feeling really light headed and dizzy and a sick feeling was going through my body then all of a sudden fell straight back on my head then all i remember is black and white flashes going off in my head an then it going all black but my mind was still thinking i remember being afraid and praying then waking up to the smell of alchohol and my name they carried me to bed an later when i was feeling better my mother in law asked if i have ever had seizures befor i said no never she said well after you fell you had your arms crossed an locked and were shaking and your eyes were rolling back till this day i dont know what happened to me i never went to the doctors because i felt fine the next day can some one help me pleasse i just want to put away this memory an it wont rest till i know thanks

Well, it worries me that you could have sustained some damage since you may have had a seizure and I don't know what the black and white flashes are exactly. You still may want to check it out to make sure you didn't get a concusion or other damage. If you have any more fainting, seizures, headaches, vision problems you must go in ok?

Thankyou you very much im okay i havent had any seizures since then and my vision is fine so im probley okay it just was really scary  and i just have been wanting to know what and why that happened so thankyou for your help its truley appreciated

Hi and sorry about your incident. It sounds like you fainted at first due to the finger trauma but when you hit your head you may have had a seizure. Do you have any more visual problems or seizures since then? I would still have them maybe do a EEG (to check for seizures) or a CT to check for damage to the brain. If those are normal then you probably are ok.
