Still numb but less painfull. I can feel my whole noise now. I belive it will be okay by the time.

3 week is very recent and remember that it will take 1 year to be fully recovered from a recontructive surgery.

Did you also have zygomatic fracture?

Let me know if you have any question.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello and welcome to the medhelp forum. You had facial trauma with fracture orbit and maxilla. Though you have undergone reconstruction there is a possibility of injury to the maxillary division of the trigeminal nerve, which carries sensation from nose and sinuses, maxillary or the upper teeth, palate and mid face. This may be a direct effect of injury, secondary to surgical manipulation or due to compression from swelling. Prognosis and nerve regeneration depends on the degree of nerve injury.  Since nose numbness has gone, you could expect improvement in the teeth sensation. I suggest that you seek dental and neurologist consult also, steroids on prescription may help to reduce the inflammation. Wishing you all the best.

Could be some of your teeth have loosened or slightly cracked, or some abrasion of your gums took place, and so a dentist will need to investigate and decide what treatment to give you.  I have no idea if the teeth numbness and pain will go away on their own, but if nothing is found by the dentist, let us hope that since your nose improved, so too will your teeth, could just be a bruising sort of thing.
