Feeling So Strange Please Help!

For the past year I've had a lot of strange issues starting with fatigue then nausea. I felt like I was going to throw up constantly. I've been evaluated by a GI and ENT and the most they found was a hiatal hernia. I have a lot of constant anxiety that also involves a major dizziness and vision changes, like my eyes cant focus. Recently I've been feeling faint when walking down the street to the point where I have to hold on to something. When I look at myself in the mirror after one of these "Episodes" I notice my pupils are HUGE and I feel like I'm on drugs. (I'm not). I'm so sick and tired of being sick and tired. What do I do!?

PS I also have a hard lump right behind my ear, right where my ear meets my head it's painless and movable.

I haven't lost weight, I do 45 min of cardio 3 times a week, I had a mystery rash (circular itchy bruises) 3 years ago that went undiagnosed. Blood work is all normal. Have small petachae on stomache (2). Muscle pain.

Hi Rayna

ask your doctor about Meniere's disease which is a set of symptoms resulting from a possible viral infection of the middle ear.  The symptoms are (but not confined to) dizziness, nausea, blurred vision with difficulty focussing, sometimes unsteadiness, (these are classic sypmtoms of a vertigo attack varying in intensity) hearing loss (a reduction in hearing just before an attack) tinnitus and a gereral feeling of being unwell.
You should stop immediately any caffeine if your doctor confirms it is Meniere's disease and the only thing that helped me (I have bi-lateral Meniere's for 13 years) is prednisolone steroid tablets.  20mg will stop an attack in its tracks and a 3mg daily dose keeps the attacks permanently at bay.  The risks with steroid use is worth it to have some quality of life.  In the meantime Stemetil is good for the sickenss. Oh and also on rare occassions I have some shaking. Like my arm (Near my shoulder will just shake for a little while) or when I'm tired my eye will twitch I'm pretty sure this may all be on the left side.
