MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there. Gliosis of anterior temporal lobes means proliferation of astrocytes in damaged areas of the central nervous system and is a sign of CNS injury. anterior temporal lobe dysfunction causes auditory memory disturbance, right anterior temporal lobe damage impairs recognition and recall of visual and auditory patterns that do not lend themselves to verbal coding, difficulty remembering short auditory stimulation, déjà vu, hallucinations auditory and visual, disinhibited social behavior.  partial empty sella is when the pituitary gland shrinks or becomes flattened, it cannot be seen on MRI scans, giving the look of empty sella and some loss of pituitary function like erectile dysfunction, headaches, low libido etc. consider discussing the condition with your neurologist and the therapy options. Take care.
