Head ache, worried

I don't know if somebody would call this a headache, but I do.
Every time I shake my head up and down i feel slight pain on my left upper side. Also, when I shake it lightly, I don't feel it, I have to shake my head a bit more. I have felt this for some time, but not all the time, just most of the time. Some days, I just don't feel it. On a scale where the strongest pain is 10, I would describe this as 1, maybe occasionally 2.
Also, sometimes, withou shaking my head, I feel a little aching feeling going to my ear and ear surroundings, up and down from my ear, but that is only a matter of seconds too.
I am afraid this could be a brain tumor and I keep obsessing with that.
Thank you all for answers.

When you do not have anything with the ENT then you go for a neurologist examination to discuss about other possible causes. Migraine etc
Keep track of your symptoms and this will help in diagnosis if the pain does not decrease. Take care!

Thanks.
I have felt this for some time, so I don't think it has anything to do with my ear.
I don't know, but everybody keeps telling me it is some kind of vascular headache. I am worried...

Stop thinking of serious diseases and never come to self diagnosis and do not get yourself unnecessarily stressed.
It might be a nagging middle ear infection or a sinus. Sinusitis pain is due to infection in the spaces called sinuses in your maxilla, frontal bone etc. Go for a ENT checkup to come to a diagnosis. Take care!
