Head damage due to accident

Hi, I met head accident already 3 years before. It hit my left part head and affect my left part body.
Now my left eye can't see well due to optic nerve damage. My left leg also can't move well.
Just need to seek your helps regarding how to solve the issue. Any methods suggested can do to solve it?
I'm from Malaysia. So which hospital can recommend to refer for this

So far I not sure my report as hear from my family very bad.
I did go rehabilitation centre to do training. Do the rehabilitation centre do help in damage part?
Not sure Malaysia got place famous for rehabilitation?

Hi there. Did you have immediate systemic evaluation and investigations for a head injury and was the plausible neurological damage quantified at the time of the accident? Did you have a fracture left leg bones? This immediate post injury triage is essential to attribute the damage due to the accident. You must consult with a neurologist for assessment of these deficits. I am afraid there is not much that can be done for the optic disc damage. You could also consult an orthopaedician to rule out any bony injury followed by a physiotherapist for exercises relevant to help with mobility. He might suggest any walk aids or supportive devices for a better quality of life. You need to check up the hospitals in your vicinity. Take care.
