Headache + bloodshot eye

I have a headache in the left front of my head. It is very localized and hurts at one specific spot. When I am still, it hurts but more like a normal headache. When I move (especially if I'm, say, getting up out of a chair) it feels like my brain is going to burst through that one spot, very intense pain. It will last for a few seconds until I stop moving. I have had something like this once before (about 10 months ago) and it lasted for a week. It was also in the same spot. The different (and worrying) thing this time, however, is that my left eye is bloodshot as well. Both symptoms started at the same time. Any advice would be appreciated.

Don't mess around with this.  Go to your doctor or even if the pain is unbearable intense the emergency room.  You need to exclude the possiblity that this is being caused by pressure inside your skull.  Shame to scare you but this can be life threatening.  Likely they will want to look in your eyes at your retina and optic nerve and maybe order a brain scan.  Better to be safe than sorry.  From your symptoms I strongly advise to go get this checked out immediately.

Edit: A better description of the location is that it's about an inch above my left temple.
