Hello jewelsvtehome,
Do you have any history of hypertension, brain injury? The pain could be due to  migraine, stress, trigeminal neuralgia.Do  you have associated nausea, vomiting, dizziness? You should monitor your blood pressure levels and get an assessment done from a neurologist.Take rest do not be anxious.OTC drugs like ibuprofen may give some relief.
