Help Understanding MRI Brain

Need help understanding my 4 y/o daughters MRI... impression stated, dva adjacent to cavernous malformation, also medusa like structure probable dva in right parietal lobe... what does this mean is treatment needed, she does not fall asleep on her own no matter how long she has been up, she requires clonidine to sleep, is this related?

  Hi...not sure if there is more to the report then what u have mentioned, but it could be a few things, I know of a boy that could not sleep if u google that u will find the story, he has chiari malformation....we also have a link posted in the chiari forum here on MedHelp-http://www.medhelp.org/forums/Chiari-Malformation/show/257?controller=forums&action=show&id=257&camp=msc
