Homework Question

I'm in a psychology class. We are studying the phsycial and mental affects of different illnesses. We were supposed to find two kinds of seizures and describe them.

I got grand mal already, and I think I have a second one in mind, but I don't know what it's called. Instead of the shaking that's associated with grand mal, it's the kind where the person kind of stares off and they're unresponsive, and sometimes their eye movement gets a little irratic.

I can't remember what it's called. Could someone help me please? I can get the rest of the information on my own.

Thanks so much!

Hi Emmy
Erratic eye movement and unresponsiveness is associated with
petit mal seizures or absence epilepsy.
Hope this helps.
