I need some real help..Please.

I'm 22 years old and have feel getting the same symptoms for the last few years that I can only compare to having a fever when someone has the flu.
At night I get tingleness in the finger tips and start to feel like everything around me is moving rapidly. I also have sensitive hearing.and my heart rate increases. It's a full blow episode that lasts 10 mins or longer.
I can only think that I may be having an anxiety attack..but these symptoms and episode happened soo suddenly without anything setting it off.
Please help me...what can I be experiencing?

A couple of years you have been having this?  Have you gone to a physician to be assessed at all?  Could be anxiety attacks and then again it could be something else.  PLEASE GO GET CHECKED OUT.

All the best; keep us posted.
