hi, the other causes for dizziness and pressure feeling could be vestibulopathy (inner ear disorder), sinusitis, cervical spondylosis etc.

Hi, most likely it is tension headache may or may not associated with vertigo. “Tension headache may cause you to experience a dull, achy pain or sensation of tightness in your forehead or at the sides and back of your head. Many people liken the feeling to having a tight band of pressure encircling their heads. In its most extensive form, the pain feels like a hooded cape that drapes down over the shoulders. The headache is usually described as mild to moderately intense. The severity of the pain varies from one person to another and from one headache to another in the same person. Many people report that the pain starts first thing in the morning or late in the day when work stress or conflict at home is anticipated”.

Hi, tumors generally occupy some space in brain as a result they compress adjoining tissue resulting in compromise of physical function controlled by compressed area causing symptoms like limb weakness, vomiting, imbalance, ringing in ears, blurred vision etc.

MRI is usually done for diagnosing tumors. For more information visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brain_tumor

Hi, to me it seems to be superficial swelling, nothing to do with brain. This could be due to nerve damage, contusion, fibrosis etc. Try anti inflammatory drugs, heat application and also get MRI done.

As you don’t have neurological deficit, vomiting etc, it is unlikely to be tumor.
