I have all over joint and muscle pain after a dislocated shoulder.

I am a 22 year old female, I have no health problems from this and no conditions that run in my family and I take no medication apart from birth control pills for about a year.I haven't traveled anywhere new I haven't had any tick bites or bites of any kind but I did have a head cold about 3 weeks ago but no fever or anything just the sniffles.  I don't have any prior problems with joint pain or anything, I am not an athlete but I do exercise regularly but not excessively or aggressively and I have not had any trauma or accidents this year. In late August I had sourness in my  left shoulder and I just thought I was sour from the gym but then 2 days later I could not raise my arm at all and the night before I went to my doctors appointment I woke up with chronic pain and discomfort and I have high pain tolerance. Turns out there was alone that had dislocated in my shoulder and my doctor gave me muscle relaxer and pain killers to take for 10 days and a sling for my arm after he popped it back into place. I took the pain killers the first day and the muscle relaxer but I stopped taking the muscle relaxer after 2 days, since I don't take much medication when I took them before bed they didn't wear off till the evening the next day and that effected my energy levels for work and school. After 10 days my arm felt fine and I was back to normal I went back to the gym regularly but I didn't do any heavy weights because I wanted to give my arm times before I picked up heavy weights so the most I did with my arms was 10 lbs. At the end of october I got left shoulder pain again but this time by the next day it was gone and felt fine. Then i experienced pain in my left wrist and I thought it could be related to the shoulder pain I have and the next day it spread from my left wrist to my right wrist. The paint as different when I touched my wrist it felt like the bone was bruised and I still had similar flexibility to before but it hurt to move it too far or pick up anything slightly heavy even my purse or book bag. This went away after 2 days and then I experienced soreness in my left knee and it hurts to extend it straight, the muscle isn't what is sore but the actually knee cap, when I touch it it hurts like there is a big bruise. Now today the pain has gone to my right elbow and it hurts to extend it straight or pick up anything and my left shoulder is having mild pain again. I am not sure what is wrong, I have a doctors appointment next week but I am worried about what it might be, I have been stressed and a little depressed lately so I don't know if that effects muscles or joints.
