Alright, so I had a panic/anxiety attack last night when I thought my saliva was going down too slowly. (logically I hadn't swallowed for a short period of time and the fan was on, so I'm hoping that's why my throat was dry at the time.)
Afterwards I got out of bed, scared and nervous because lately i've noticed whenever I swallow slightly dry/dry foods they go down a bit slower than usual, it'll go down but then slow down at the chest. I also have this problem where mucus would come up whenever I swallow food, I never knew why it does that.
During my panic/anxiety attack, my insides (stomach organs, shoulders and legs) felt like they were subtly vibrating on the inside, and it didn't stop until I calmed down. So it must be a nervous condition.
I even found it hard to talk at the time.
Yes, it could be a nervous condition (anxiety-panic attack) or it could be due to low blood pressure, low blood sugar, thyroid problems, polycystic ovary (if you are a female), or due to H. pylori infection of the stomach.
Also, you appear to be having a gastric reflux. Please ask your mother to show you to a doctor. Take care!
