Intense head rush

Hello i am an 18 year old male and for the past couple of weeks I've noticed that when I get up like I would ordinarily from the couch or chair, etc.. The head rushes I get are so intense it makes my vision goes black almost like I'm about to pass out and then my body feels extremely exhausted. Should I go see a doctor immediately about that or is it just a malnutrition of something?
