Need Help

I have been ill for severl months, my symptoms are Brain Fog, short term memory loss, so tired its hard to walk, dizzy, nausia, pain in the right and left side, below navel, above navel, I have had so many test run, abdomonal scan, CT Scan on my lower area, CT scan on my head, blood work 5-6 different types, chest exray's.  I have been passed to 7 different doctors and been to the ER 3 times this year. All of them dismissed me and told me I checked out fine until my last visit, my husband became very stern and told them, this is not like her something is wrong.  The ran another blood test to find high levels of inflimation in my body.  Now I'm with a Rhumatoid Doctor that seems to understand my symptoms.  They are checking for Sjogren's, he feels like this is what I have but so far it has not been diagnosed.  My insurance company sent me symptoms of Fibromyalgia and they all seem to fit, the doctor said I test out on 5-6 of the trigger points and its not ruled out but again not diagnosed.  Believe me I don't want to have any of this but I just want to know what is wrong.  I have not even had the flu in 20 years.  I appreciate any help or light on this problem that any of you can offer.  How long will I be going through these tests?

I'm being tested for sleep apnea tonight.  They do believe that I have Sjogren's.  How long did it take before they diagnosed you?  I do have insurance however the doctor that is treating me is not covered.  He is saying Sjogren's but has not ruled out Fibromyalgia.  I have a friend that has Fibro and it took a good year before she was diagnosed.  Thanks for answering this has just been terrible.

Thanks for responding.  Funny that I received your reply today.  My doctor had me pick up an oximeter today to test my blood flow while I sleep.  He mentioned it about a week ago and I started realizing that I will wake 3-5 times in a six hour period.  I did read about sleep apnea and realized it has been years since I have had a dream.  I guess I just though I did not remember.  If this is what it is how would it be treated?

barb:  the words brain fog just jumped out to me. my husband has used those
words for the last 3 - 4 years, extreme fatigue, could sleep 24-7 and all over pain.
finally diagnosed with sleep apnea.  did the sleep clinic, has a breathing apparatus
and is now active during the day.  i had worried that i was losing him to some
incurable illness - now i have a  healthy spouse - please ask your dr if this
is a possibility!
