PLEASE HELP!!?? i feel like im going crazy

Hello my name is Travis...For the past couple months i have been noticing some weird symptoms that have left me out of work and in my house. I get these sharp jolts of pain in my head when ever i hit a bump in the road or even if i merely tap my jaw lightly. Other vibrations cause the pain to like if i punch a punching bag i feel a jolt of pain in my head. I have been to a neurologist and had an MRI but it came back normal. The weirdest thing though is that for the past month i have had a very very odd symptom that im almost to embarrassed about to tell the doctor because i feel like he will think im nuts! If im laying in bed and move my toes or my fingers i feel that sharp jolt of pain in my head. The pain only lasts a half a second then is gone and it doesn't happen every single time i move my toes or fingers but it happens alot. Like ill be laying there perfectly till and if i move my toes i get that sharp jolt odf pain. I have no idea how moving my limbs can cause pain in my head!!!?? PLEASE HELP ME IM NOT GOING CRAZY !

Also, Travis, I had that when I got pneumonia one time, and I didn't know I had the penumonia when my head pain was shooting thru my head.  I'd get real faint, like I was going to pass out, and usually did fall down, but the wierd part was I'd feel this pain in one ear, and it would shoot rapidly over to the other ear.  It wa the pneumonia, and something about how much oxygen was not getting into my brain.  So, have a doc check your heart, maybe even run a 24 or 48-hour EKG tape, or measure the level of oxygen in your blood.    Oh, an the headaches I got, they were very light, but all over my head, and I NEVER get headaches.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hey Travis!

Headaches can be caused by a variety of reasons often categorized into primary headaches, secondary headaches, and cranial neuralgias. The primary headaches include tension headache, migraine cluster headaches and similar pathologies. Secondary causes can be due to sinusitis eye problems, etc and the cranial neuralgias that include the trigeminal neuralgias. Without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to differentiate between these or suggest specific management, though with the symptoms described vascular issues/ cranial neuralgias seem like a more likely cause. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
