Pain when touching area next of temples in forehead

Hello,
In the past months I have been dealing with this problem. When I touch a spot above my eye towards the temples (but not right on the temples), I get a strong pain that feels like headache. This pain is either behind the eye, either on the back of the head, or at the temples. It happens only on the left side. If I massage the area and apply preasure it does not hurt that much. Only if I lightly touch it with my finger or nail. Sometimes water during shower may hurt.
In general I get a headache about once a week that is located in the area of the tenderness or in the back of the head, but I have had it for years without the tender spot.

Thanks in advance.
