Panic Attacks?

Today I was just laying around and all of a sudden I got a sharp pain in my back that made me somewhat nauseous and then I got the chills and my whole body felt tight, like I couldn't breathe. I got up and went to the bathroom, as I felt I was going to throw up, and when I stood up my body got tingly and my throat got even tighter and I was very dizzy with my ears ringing as well. I didn't know what was happening or what to do so I went and laid back down, and when I did this after a few minutes the dizziness and tightness went away but the ringing continued for a bit. And then it all stopped and it just scared me because I felt like I was going crazy. Something similar happened a few weeks ago, but I didn't think much of it because it wasn't even close to this bad and I thought I was just nervous.
Are these panic attacks? Is it something I should get looked at by a doctor?

My husband had a simple ingrown toe nail removed and has been suffering ever since from a sharp nerve pain in his toe for six months now.  Has anyone ever had this problem and what did you do?

Yeah it was just a lot of uncomfortable feelings at once. I'm 15.

Could you 'feel' your heartbeat get faster? Also, what is your approximate age?
