Why is my upper body numb and why is it spreading?

I took too many medication pills without remembering or thinking how many and I've slowly developed a headache and nausea issues (which are fairly common in this situation) but I have pains in my chest that are escalating in severity and my breathing/heart rate are going up, down, and all over the place. Here's what I'm most terrified at; starting at the top of my head, down to my ears, face, arms, hands, and then torso is this numb tingling feeling like pins and needles. It's starting as I type to spread down my back to my thighs. I can still move it's just an odd feeling with occasional pain. I feel lightheaded as well and with all these symptoms, I'm afraid to sleep for fear I might not wake up. Help ASAP please
