Release while sleeping & headache for 2 days

i have this strange problem, most of the times my sperms leak out when i am sleeping (may be a romantic dream lol).

the next couple of days will be the bad ones for me, i get a bad pain in the head & lower back of my neck. first day it will be severe and the next day it will be 50%.

can someone suggest me whom should i consult ? i mean what kind of doctor and is this a common problem? does it have a name ? i am bad in nomenclature.
